Happy New Year 2012

Happy New Year! 2012 bbbbbebii!!

I hope you had a wonderful New Year's eve and are having an amazing New Year's day! The holidays went by fast and one thing I can say about it is that I am so happy to have such a wonderful family of my own. My daughter turned 1 and I finally came to terms with the fact that I truly have become a mom. It didn't hit me until my cousin's gf pointed out after I displayed such preparedness when she was hungry (handed her a granola bar), when there was no toilet paper in the public restroom (handed her a face tissue), offered her (and everyone else) in the car hand sanitizer and gave some mint (after eating pizza). She said, and I quote..."You've really become a mom!"

Funny right? Well when I think about it, I just can't help but smile! So enough with the random rambles. I wanna let you guys know that I will be posting more beauty related stuff soon. I've been lazy about it because school has really grilled my bum last semester and I literally was a nursing school student ZOMBIE! I ate, breathe, slept with nursing in my brains.

So what's your New Year's resolution? Mine is to have no New Year's resolution! Yep that's right I'm going to just try my best this year to be the change I want to be or improve on areas I want to improve on. Life is short and living it as if resting (lightly swinging) on a hammock is the way I will be approaching life this year (and hopefully for the rest of my living years).
