Too Faced The Jewelry Box Pink Diamond Edition

(Pic above is from Too Faced website)
Hello chicas...so basically this is an overview of the Too Faced The Jewelry Box in Pink Diamond Edition.

The price for this item ranges from $15 to $39, depending on where you purchase it. Unfortunately, it is out of stock at the Too Faced website, which is selling it at $15!

Eye Shadows in Dirt Bag (chocolate with golden sparkle), Oscar (golden frost), Temper Temper (deep merlot), Steel Magnolia (pink shommer) Vixen (midnight navy metallic), Pearl Necklace (white pearl) - 0.21 oz each
The two shades of brown on the bottom right hand are the brow powders and the shimmery and matte black colors is the eye liner cake.

Here are some swatches...which clearly do not do the pigmentation any justice...(Note to self: will purchase a new digital camera or dslr...any suggestions ladies?)

I used MAC Painterly paint pot on the left part of my arm and MAC Sharkskin shadestick on the right to show the difference between dark and light bases. My favorite ones are the blue, green, and silver eyeshadows.

Too Faced's best-selling shimmering face illuminator "lust after glow." This kinda reminds me of Stila's kitten eyeshadow, except it's more shimmery and powdery. This would be a great highlighting powder but apply too much and you might look like a disco ball.

Blush in Who's Your Daddy (rich rose and pink shimmer) and Lust To Love (rich bronze and golden bronze) - 0.19 oz each

Blush in Who's Your Daddy (rich rose and pink shimmer)

From left to right...Lust to Love, Who's Your Daddy blush and Sunny Bunny Bronzer. I wish the clarity and the lighting was better. The blush is gorgeous.

Lust To Love (rich bronze and golden bronze). This reminds me of a shimmer brick type of powder. I would even use this as an eyeshadow quad.

Absolutley Flawless Powder, 1 Karat and 3 Karat (two shades of warm beige), and a Sunny Bunny Bronzer - 0.11 oz each

Absolutley Flawless Powder, 1 Karat and 3 Karat (two shades of warm beige). Can't really say much about this powder duo. I just like the fact that it's matte finish.

Sunny Bunny Bronzer ...love this bronzer! I'm seriously into bronzers these days...=D

Diamond Edition Exclusive Lip Gloss (rose petal pink), Glamour Gloss in Love Bites (plum shimmer), Juicy Jewels- Love Lisa (bright coral-pink shimmer), Juicy Jewels- Diamond Drenched (champagne shimmer), Diamond Edition Exclusive (pink shimmer), Diamond Edition Exclusive (magenta pink) - 0.19 oz each
As you can see I have yet to use any of these glosses. The top four glosses are all shimmery and the bottom two are matte.

This week was my first week of school and I'm taking it easy this semester with only 3 classes (Art, Spanish, and History). Last semester I was taking 5 classes and it was such a stressful time. I'm pretty much done with all my pre-requisite courses for nursing now all I have to do is the clinical part...one more year to go!

I officially said goodbye to my "nameless" frames because it broke. I use to buy expensive, name brand glasses, but after breaking 2 Guess glasses that cost me $400 bucks, I swore I would never purchase an expensive pair ever again...however....

I didn't say anything about not letting other people purchase it for me! HAHA so hubby got me this Osca de la Renta specs and I love it! It's deep wine red on the exterior, the sides are black and the interior is white and black...very stylish!

So this weekend, my sister and I are going to spend time here in VA. Shopping time! I will update you guys on the damage by Monday (yay no school!)

Now I leave you with a bit of porn..I mean food porn! haha

Steak w/orange gravy

Cream cheese with tuna dip...I got the idea from this girl I met at New York. She hosted a masquerade themed party at her condo and hubby especially liked snacking on this dip. I saw her making the dip, just adding chopped raw onions in a bowl of melted cream cheese and then adding tuna. I'm not really fond of the after taste from raw onion so I decided to caramelize the onions first and then add the cream cheese and tuna. To encourage my husband to eat veggies, I added celery sticks and garnished the dip with julienned carrots.

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend...TGIF!
