Reason(s) why I like it:
I purchased this on Hautelook when it went on sale and I haven't looked back since. I don't use this often enough and that fault is mine. This product is one that is overlooked and I honestly don't know why. It's a great product, it does brighten the skin.
It is very creamy and hydrating as it claims, which is a plus in my book! It also has a very light grape scent that's neither overwhelming or overpowering. A small amount goes a very long way.
The ONLY two things I can think of that are cons about this product, is one that it tends to be messy. There's really no neat way to apply this and once it gets dry, you really need to go ahead and wash it off otherwise you will get a bunch of white fall out flakes (so hopefully you're not wearing black).
The second thing that I don't like about this is the fact that it left my face with a waxy feeling or residue. Which technically is not a con because after thoroughly reading the instructions, it clearly states to use TEPID water and silly me I used cold water, which is probably why I had a waxy residue after washing the mask off.
Here's a picture from when I had really bad acne and scarring.
Fast forward to today, my skin looks so much better. I just make sure to cleanse, tone, and moisturize every night and of course drink plenty of water!
Thanks for stopping by my blog.
